Product Description
H.B. Fuller Vibra-TITE MP-55420 is a two-component modified-acrylic structural adhesive configured at a 10:1 resin-to-activator ratio for manual, pneumatic, and meter-mix dispensing. The system provides 4 to 6 minutes of open time, reaches fixture in 8 to 13 minutes, and cures at room temperature in 24 hours. Typical cured properties include 22 to 32 MPa tensile strength and 21 to 27 MPa overlap shear strength on carbon steel at 25 deg C and 50% RH. MP55420 bonds specified metals, thermosets, and engineering thermoplastics in structural assembly applications.
