Product Description
MOLYKOTE PG-75 Plastislip Grease is a mineral-oil/polyalphaolefin grease with lithium soap and solid lubricants for plastic/plastic and plastic/metal contacts under light loads. The beige grease has an approximate NLGI 2 consistency, a typical 40 deg C base-oil viscosity of 32 mm^2/s, and a -40 to 130 deg C service range. Its 0.02 coefficient of friction was measured in a steel-ball/POM test at 5 N and 10 cm/s for 24 hours. Applications include vehicle track-rod joints, control cables, gearboxes, planetary gears, sunroof and window mechanisms, and HVAC actuators.
