LORD PC-10678HV

Main features

  • Flexible-Substrate Screen Printing
  • Highly Conductive Grid Formation
  • One-Component Paste Processing

Product Description

LORD PC10678HV Silver Conductor is a one-component silver conductor paste designed for screen printing on flexible substrates. It is used in membrane switches and in highly conductive grid or busbar features for solar-cell applications. The paste can be printed into conductive traces where substrate flexibility and controlled deposition matter. Cured electrical values depend on the specified substrate, print geometry and cure conditions and apply only within that context. Current official product-page information, lifecycle status and exact product SDS coverage require confirmation.

Key features

  • Flexible-substrate screen printing: Supports printed conductor deposition on flexible substrates under the specified process conditions.
  • Highly conductive grid formation: Fits conductive grid and busbar features for supported solar-cell applications.
  • One-component paste processing: Provides a ready-to-print silver conductor format for membrane-switch and related electronic features.

Applications

Applications include screen printing on flexible substrates, membrane-switch production, and highly conductive grid or busbar features for supported solar-cell designs.

Physical Properties
Viscosity
Viscosity is a measurement of a fluid’s resistance to flow. Viscosity is commonly measured in centiPoise (cP). One cP is defined as the viscosity of water and all other viscosities are derived from this base. MPa is another common unit with a 1:1 conversion to cP. A product like honey would have a much higher viscosity -around 10,000 cPs- compared to water. As a result, honey would flow much slower out of a tipped glass than water would. The viscosity of a material can be decreased with an increase in temperature in order to better suit an application
10000-15000 mPa.s
