Product Description

LORD 7545-F Curative is a curative component that extends the processing window of LORD 7545-A/F equal-mix urethane adhesive systems. The off-white paste has a typical Brookfield viscosity of 230,000 to 650,000 cP at 77 deg F (25 deg C) and mixes with LORD 7545-A resin at 1:1 by volume or 1:0.85 by weight. This A/F configuration provides 45 to 65 minutes of typical working time and reaches handling strength in 4 to 5 hours at 75 deg F (24 deg C), supporting assemblies that need more placement time. The system can be dispensed with handheld cartridges or automatic equipment and retains non-sag behavior on vertical or overhead surfaces. LORD 7545-F is a curative component, not a standalone adhesive.
