Product Description
LOCTITE PC 9313 is a two-part, ceramic-filled non-sag epoxy paste for rebuilding and protecting high-wear processing equipment. Resin and hardener mix at 2:1 by either volume or weight. Working life is 30 minutes at 23 deg C, and full cure time is 6 hours at 25 deg C. The material is applied at 10 to 40 deg C and built to a minimum 6 mm thickness. After one week of cure at 25 deg C, compressive strength is 83 N/mm^2 and Shore D hardness is 85. Typical dry service temperature is -29 to 121 deg C.
Key features
- Minimum 6 mm Wear Build-Up: Ceramic-filled paste can be built to a minimum 6 mm thickness on overhead and vertical wear surfaces.
- 30-Minute Working Life: Working life is 30 minutes at 23 deg C, with full cure in 6 hours at 25 deg C.
- 83 N/mm^2 Compressive Strength: Compressive strength is 83 N/mm^2 after one week of cure at 25 deg C by ASTM D695.
Applications
Dredge-pump liners, flumes, troughs, vibrating feeders, chutes, hoppers, and other processing equipment exposed to abrasion and impact.
