Product Description
LOCTITE PC 7257 is a two-part magnesium-phosphate system for rapid-setting concrete repair and industrial grouting. The components mix at 1:5 by volume and cure at room temperature. Typical ASTM C807 initial set time is 3 to 11 minutes and final set time is 15 to 22 minutes. Its cure-temperature range is -25 to 45 deg C. Typical compressive strength develops from 17 to 21 N/mm^2 after 2 hours to 48 to 55 N/mm^2 after 28 days and 90 N/mm^2 after one year. Applications include concrete repair, loading docks, runways, refrigeration floors, machinery anchoring, and bedplate or soleplate grouting.
