Product Description
LOCTITE LB N-1000 is a one-component copper-based high-purity anti-seize paste with copper and graphite flake in a petroleum carrier. The high-purity formulation contains low practical levels of halogens, sulfur, and heavy metals for stainless-steel fastener service in process environments. Typical applications include bolts, studs, valves, pipe fittings, slip fits, and press fits, with an operating range up to 982 deg C. Typical as-supplied values include specific gravity 1.14 to 1.24 at 25 deg C and unworked penetration of 330 to 375 1/10 mm by ISO 2137. On the specified steel fastener test, torque coefficient is 0.17.
