Product Description
LOCTITE EDAG 6017SS E&C is a one-component, screen-printable conductive carbon ink for printed electronic features on flexible and paper-based substrates. The black thermoplastic ink contains 27 wt% solids, has a typical viscosity of 22,000 mPa s at 25 deg C, and uses a recommended drying cycle of 15 minutes at 120 deg C. After drying, it has a typical sheet resistance of 35 ohm/sq at 25 um dry coating thickness and ASTM D3359 adhesion grade 5B on PET. The ink is used for printed resistors, heating elements, sensing devices, and ESD features on PET, PEN, PI, and paper.
Key features
- Flexible-Substrate Screen Printing: One-component thermoplastic carbon ink prints on PET, PEN, PI, and paper.
- Heat-Drying Cycle: Recommended drying is 15 minutes at 120 deg C.
- Dried Sheet Resistance: Typical sheet resistance is 35 ohm/sq at 25 um dry coating thickness after drying for 15 minutes at 120 deg C.
Applications
Printed resistors, heating elements, sensing devices, and ESD features on PET, PEN, PI, paper, and related supported substrates.
