Product Description
LOCTITE SF 7451 is a very-low-viscosity amine-based cyanoacrylate activator in acetone for accelerating LOCTITE cyanoacrylate adhesive cure. It may be pre-applied to the bond area or post-applied over exposed adhesive, with post-application used for rapid fixturing. Typical drying time is up to 30 seconds at 20 deg C, and on-part life is up to 1 minute. In an ISO 4587 test on degreased steel with LOCTITE 495 and single-side activation, fixture time was up to 15 seconds. Surface activation should be followed by adhesive application immediately after drying or within 45 seconds.
