Tflex HD7100 is the nominal 0.100 in thickness grade in the Tflex HD700 family of pink, ceramic-filled silicone thermal gap fillers. With 5.0 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and a thermal resistance of 0.287 deg C in^2/W at 40 mil and 10 psi, the material combines heat transfer with low pressure-versus-deflection behavior. Surface wetting lowers contact resistance, while the compliant interface minimizes stress on components. A Shore 00 hardness of 54 and a -50 to 200 deg C temperature range support evaluation for automotive electronics, drones and satellites, instrumentation, portable devices, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
