Tflex HD340 is the 0.040 in (1.02 mm) grade in the high-deflection Tflex HD300 silicone thermal gap-filler family. At this nominal thickness, typical thermal resistance is 0.573 deg C in^2/W at 10 psi, while thermal conductivity is 2.7 W/(m K). Low pressure-versus-deflection behavior and surface wetting accommodate variable manufacturing gaps with minimal board and component stress. The pink, naturally tacky sheet has typical Shore 00 hardness of 38, a +/- 10% thickness tolerance, and a -40 to 200 deg C temperature range.
