Product Description
Tflex 720 is a 0.020 in (0.51 mm) silicone thermal gap-filler sheet in the Tflex 700 family. The dark gray, naturally tacky pad combines typical 5.0 W/(m K) thermal conductivity with a compliant interface that conforms to component topography. Its nominal thickness defines the 20-mil grade within the family's 0.020 to 0.200 in range. The material is electrically insulating and has an operating range of -40 to 200 deg C. Natural tack holds the pad during assembly and transport without an added adhesive coating.
