Product Description

BONDERITE C-AK 305 is a concentrated liquid alkaline etching cleaner for aluminum, steel, hot-dip galvanized, and electro-galvanized strip surfaces. Applied in spray-washing equipment, it combines cleaning and controlled etching with low-foam, low-sludge, and minimum-scale behavior. The working bath operates at 40 to 60 deg C with treatment times of 5 to 25 seconds, and substrate-specific bath makeup ranges cover aluminum, steel, and galvanized-strip processing. The formulation is particularly useful in continuous metal-strip plants where bath control and short spray-process cycles are required.
