Product Description
ARALDITE AV 8504 is the resin component of the ARALDITE AV 8504 / HARDENER TDT 177-27 two-component syntactic epoxy adhesive system for aerospace panel-pin bonding. When paired with TDT 177-27, the black thixotropic system provides sag resistance, high bond strength, toughness, and a resilient bondline. Recommended minimum cure times for the complete system include 15 hours at 25 deg C, 30 minutes at 60 deg C, and 10 minutes at 100 deg C. The system is intended for aerospace and panel applications with room- or elevated-temperature cure.
