Product Description
3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP420LH is a low-halogen, toughened two-part epoxy adhesive for structural bonding with peel and shear strength and resistance to impact and fatigue. Base and accelerator mix 2:1 by volume or 2:0.97 by weight. Typical open time is 20 minutes, while work life at 23 deg C depends on mixed mass: 30 minutes for 5 g, 20 minutes for 10 g, and 15 minutes for 20 g. The cured adhesive has typical Shore D hardness 85 at 23 deg C by ASTM D2240 and total halogen content of less than 800 ppm.
