Product Description
3M Scotch-Seal Industrial Sealant 800 is a reddish-brown, brushable nitrile sealant that air dries to a flexible rubbery seal on metal and other substrates. Tack-free time is 5 to 10 minutes, while full cure takes 1 to 3 days. The dried seal resists water, oils, fuel, detergents, and soap solutions and has a service-temperature range of -54 to 93 deg C. Brush application distributes the liquid over the joint surfaces before air drying forms the sealing layer. It is used for indoor and outdoor industrial sealing where a flexible, fluid-resistant nitrile seal is required.
