Main features
- 10 Minutes at 260 deg C
- Silicone-Free Acrylic Adhesive
- Clean FR-4 and Gold Removal
Product Description
3M Low-Static Non-Silicone Polyimide Film Tape 7419 is a polyimide masking tape with a silicone-free acrylic adhesive for high-temperature electronics processing. It removes cleanly from FR-4 and gold after a 10-minute exposure at 260 deg C, providing a defined masking and removal condition for printed circuit board work. The low-static construction has static-dissipative properties for use around sensitive components. Its acrylic adhesive resists solder-mask processing temperatures and chemicals without a silicone adhesive layer, and the roll is supplied on a polyethylene core. Applications include PCB solder masking and chemical masking in electronics assembly.
Key features
- 10-minute exposure at 260 deg C: The tape removes cleanly from FR-4 and gold after this processing exposure.
- Silicone-free acrylic adhesive: The adhesive supports high-temperature solder masking and chemical masking without a silicone adhesive layer.
- Static-dissipative construction: The low-static tape is intended for masking around static-sensitive electronic components.
Applications
Printed circuit board solder masking; high-temperature electronics masking; chemical masking around sensitive components.
